A 10+ motor cruiser uses rarely much deisel as its rarely used...the building and maintenance of that cruiser creates jobs....the making and selling of appliances creates jobs.....the building of mansions creates jobs..the materials used for mansions creates jobs. Money creates jobs and lifestyle which most strive to achieve. Education and behavioural patterns need to be addressed for the future of our planet...not another tax used to the whim of government and beauracy.
