As I said this is just a guide, it would be impossible to predict the exact amout of cash-flow as we don't know how many wells are coming on line each month. This gives you a guide at the cash-flow at the end of the year. It is more conservative than condogs valuation,, and he has been on target every time with his SP predictions.
The OPEX is correct, I realized last night though that when I did the well maitanence I forgot to times that figure by 12, for the year. The figure supplied is just for the month.
A lot of variables here, IMO it's conservative I'm using $95 oil and 600boepd each well and most wells are flowing around 800boepd on 60 day flow rates. Also I think the net wells to AUT may be a little higher.
It's easy to criticize but you try doing it yourself, would love to see your model.
