Kirilich85, All non-binding agreements have to have that clause as as it states it's non-binding, but, the most important part of the announcement to me was the statement by Andrew Forrest which stated Poseidon are commited to restart mining at Windarra asap. Unfortunately the time frame is moving out a bit and I was hoping they would be a producer next year but I think it may take till 2013, let's hope the nickel price is much higher by then. If your happy to hold this stock until then you will certainly make some great capital gains but it's a decision for the individual to hold for the long term if they have the guts. DYOR
