trading halt, page-7

Well, I just checked the announcement as released through Etrade and there is no mention of a capital raising - it just says:

"The securities of Cobar Consolidated Resources Limited (the ?Company?) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company"

This could range from a cap raising to a re-rate of the reserve to an announcement that the EES has been approved.

Domba - if you go by the history of CCU's capital raisings, you will know that all recent cap raisings have been to one investor at a PREMIUM to the current SP, so there is no need for cynicism mate...
