Just got off the phone with Mr. John Rawling. You should speak with him because he seems very disinterested in the fact that the total number of shares will be north of 900 million. This is a carrot and stick money raising ploy. If you buy the extra shares you'll get them cheap plus the option. But at the same time the float becomes enormous pulling down the potential market price of all shares.
I wouldn't be surprised to pick up the shares in the near future at 2 cents or below. They had better have some great news coming down the line.
If they have to raise money this way it shows you how incompetent they are at finding a partner or that the pharma market is really not that interested in their tech. I am a 5 year holder of approx. 800k shares. Huge disappointment.
