However I expect the standard reply:

SPP costs more money (no it doesn't - using a broker for Insto/SOP investors costs mere!) and time consuming with no guaranteed outcome eg full placement.,.,.........


I think we need to make a strong point as I for one am not too keen to have too may OS Insto's on our books ( eg certain closeby countries already dominating the Li REE market) no probs with EU and US investors as they will also be customers (just think it silly having potential customers as majority holders being able to influence sell price)
