As your suggest ricardo the price of convert ing the options seems to indicate one of two choices. Either the management dont believe thise is going anywhere, or they are planning to make themselves (if vote gives them the options) and their selected backers very rich. I guess thats the only explanation is thats for small pharmas it must be tough to attract funding, and anyone who hands over 5 million will want an almost guaranteed substantial return. Still dont feel good about the directors including themselves thought. They could do wonders for the company and their integrity by buying on market to show their confidence in. the prospects of the company
