I am sure the company has a moral, and a legal, obligation
to ensure that share holders are not put at any disadvantage for which their actions can be held responsible. I think late acceptances will be honoured as the lateness to meet their dateline is due to their delay in sending out offers. Out there there are just too many lawyers waiting to take up class actions on behalf of wronged parties.
To reject late offers from shareholders for no fault of theirs will not generate goodwill for the future and it will be in the company's interest to have shareholder onside.
I think the company will act in our interests, as their future depends on us far more than we do on them.
let us think positive and take advantage of the offer as it will only feather our nest .
