Think of it this way:
If a Dendreon (or similar) stepped up to the plate and acquired a strategic stake in Prima, say 19.9%, then for all intents and purposes, one could not help but think that this initiative alone would fire Prima's SP high into the stratsophere.
Why do I say this?
1. That would signal confidence in the patented technology.
2. It would mean that percentage of the issued shares are now in solid hands and for an unknown time, untradeable, creating demand & supply imbalances
3. It would put Prima Biomed firmly on the map and in the crosshairs of institutional investors, both here and in the United States (and Europe)
4. With a board seat or two up for grabs, the acquirer would no doubt lend their financial muscle and scientific expertise in Prima's journey towards commercialisation of C-Vac, saving the company time and money.
5. Built into the SP will be a takeover premium that will exist from day one as investors anticipate the acquirer moving towards making a full bid.
