I did not intend to post until.....
Anyway, I could not resist. There are two major factor in favour of EER , compared with any other (of similar size, or there abouts...) Coal Company with known resources and MC (especially those in African countries), to which nobody seems to ascribe the deserved importance.
A). The Northern Part of the Blackall tenements, where extensive drilling is about to commence (June), is of the same geological structure, and is expected to produce about the same quality and resource of Coal....
So, the Imminent JORC resource to be announced BEFORE this Month's end(South Blackall), will be (my humble calculations-expectations.....) around 700 million tonnes INDICATED resource, which gives a massive total Resource (Inferred+Indicated) for the South Blackall tenement of about 2 billion tonnes of Good quality (Export) Resource of Thermal Coal!!!!!! That is: 1,225 Billion tonnes Inferred + 700 million tonnes (approximate calculations)of INDICATED JORC Resource....
This is a massive Resource for a Junior Coal Company with present cappitalisation only about $100 million!!!
Now, add to this JORC (soon to be announced) resource the Resource of the North Blackall Drilling, Later this year , and you arrive at an incredible (all up) Coal Resource in access of 3 billion tonnes !!!
B). EER's Management has already applied for a mining license (expected to be granted soon), which makes it far more attractive a take over proposition, since any fear of possible future obstacles are negated(Foreign Companies before they acquire any Mining Company want to be 100% sure No problems with Mining will arise in future)....
I thought the above two "points", have not as yet properly emphasized by most posters, and IMHO, require at least a mentioning, for they are giving a lot more Value to EER's present (grossly undervalued) MC....
Cheers:)))
