silver producer..1mozpa....cash cost zero!

If we are expecting to produce 1Mozpa as previously noted, and EBIT is expected to be around $40M, then rather than looking at BSM as a Zinc/Lead producer with silver credits, we could just as easily look at her as a silver producer (since it seems to be flavour of the month) with Zinc/Lead credits.

Therefore, since BSM is able to produce 1Moz of silver with a $40M EBIT it stands to reason, that after other credits, our cost per ounce for the silver is virtually NIL!

This is equivalent to a 2Mozpa silver producer with profit of $20 per ounce.

An interesting perspective....

Not to mention that this is simply the entree......the Gold circuit could easily triple the production numbers.

NOTE: The further 2Mozpa stage will not be at NIL cost, as it will be a precious metal operation without base metal credits.
It will, however, generate up to a further $80M pa at current metal prices.

Spread the word....we're not a base metals producer after all, we are a silver producer with credits...haha.
