I tend to agree Kate.

Relationships have been forged with SDL. A take over at this stage, with no mining license could be fraught with danger from the aggressors point of view.

They are not going to spend big dollars unless they end up with the product, lock stock & barrell

The Government still holds the aces. Would think that this has been strategically left in place.

As it derisks from a mine moving forwards prespective the risk of takeover (hostile or not) grows.

Bottom line is it is all good news.
