    Yep it definitely looks like Vale got a much better deal, but given the circumstances around the deal (they had a market cap of around $12m), $1m-$40 didn't sound too bad. And it was only meant to support the HG Zone DSO project at the time.

    But obviously now that has all changed. It's all easy in retrospect..
