Going back until July 2009, they haven't announced by 11am (see below). The trend is a bit more undpredictable. The point being, you won't know when its going to happen: its just going to happen. People should stop trying to predict the announcement. It's beginning to sound like the second coming of Jesus.

IMHO you shouldn't be holding onto this stock solely for the announcement with Kronos. There's also a good chance the jump from the announcement has already been factored into the stock - hence the jump despite no news.

LT APG promises a substantial increase, especially once it begins earning steady money off its technology. The technology it offers is insanely good. But it's definitely not a ST Buy for newcomers. I'm just waiting for another lull before I get in there (and i may be waiting for a while).
