I agree it's meant to be a big announcement. And yes, APG will want to create a big story. But that doesn't translate to any concrete certainity about when the announcement will come. Reasons can be offered up for why or why not an announcement might happen on any day of the week. You can create an equally big story on Monday as you can on Friday. And you can create an even bigger one by asking for a trading halt or a quotation suspension.
Going backm here are some of the dates for big, as opposed to ordinary, announcements. Feel free to disagree with me on my choices. But what you can see is that there is no trend. Management releases these annoucements when they are good for the company, and that's exactly how they should be doing it.

Holders have not been misled unless holders have been basing their price expectations on HotCopper speculations. DYOR. There's every chance the price will jump after the announcement - due to an increased valuation of the technology (which IMO is undervalued as it stands) and a better P/E ratio. But there's also every chance that another jump might take a while because the price has tripled over the past few months based on expectations of the announcement w/ Kronos. There's nothing wrong with either of those possibilities, unless you bought in at 7.8 and were expecting this stock to triple three weeks ago. This is a good company, with stacks of LT potential, so change your strategy and do your own research.
