Thorium a likely replacement for Uranium in Nuclear Reactors because its more efficient and SAFE. Thorium unlike uranium is not a weapon/military threat. Would send him 3 pages on Thorium,in crayon,easier for him to read. Tell him if he wants to make a stand on this then why not challenge the International Atomic Energy commission who sets the limits and guidelines to what amount of radioactivity is safe and unsafe. So if he challenges LYC ,he is saying the Atomic guidelines are FALSE,and LYC,s safety level is a lie.
AND in conclusion,diplomatically tell him that the LYC project has been underway for over 10 years,where was his initiative,concerns,all this time.He needed to be contacted by Malaysis to wake up..and wait for an Aussie coy to spend millions before he protests.
