The moratorium currently runs until May15 - if the NY DEC has completed their report by then, Governor Cuumo should have no problem in handing supervision for gas drilling to them.
Some articles are saying the report won't be ready until late summer(Jul/Aug)but EEG Management are still very hopeful of an early resolution.
We've just got to keep the politicians out of it.
Very quiet start to trading today - new subscribers probably won't know until mid next week how many shares they've got.
