However, On a Pre Drill Basis, This project could have a value of $35 - 45 Million. ELM was in that range pre drill and AGR is in that range currently.

If we subtract $10 million value for RAD (RMResearch had $10M Value for RAD shareholding)then I calculate Ranges of $1 - $1.20. That is based on 45,665,474 shares.
