Yes agree BYR are a very tight ship and this is how it should be.

Lefevre, im not the full bottle on takeover's but have always thought that any holder exceeding 20% usually should trigger some sort of action, this is reflected with PRU sitting at around 19.9% not exceeding the 20%, PRU also took up the last placement to ensure they kept the pole position.

Im sure sharing the same office talks have been had, im wondering if these talks are friendly or hostile, when PRU added a board memeber to the BYR board which was agreed upon the original PRU placement, told me all i needed combined with Ron's on market purchase.

PRU wouldnt be adding aboard member to oversee something for the fun of it.
