There's a gulf between 'best they can' and 'commercial flows'. As an investor I am entitled to make decisions based upon the numbers and not DC's best endeavours (which to date can't conclusively be said to have delivered me any value). If they've got problems with their coals or flow rates I'd like to know. A few more independent directors would surely lead to increased transparency and perhaps even a more professional approach to market comms (such as regular updates, heaven forbid)!
