Never have and never will believe in "prominent" broking institutions valuations. Have researched and read announcements. They are overvalued. I also dont trust management.
Re OZ holding in SFR I agree it worth them looking at selling. OZ would get some extra money and SFR shareprice would be re-rated downwards.
