Swansy, I personally don't think the ability of a coach is directly proportional to his playing career.Yes he will have more respect as a player but every coach will face challenges to gain respect as a coach. It is how JH will tackle this that will make him as a coach.
No doubting his playing career and professionalism so far outside coaching has him as one of my favourite players I have seen.
When the emotional high wanes it will be how he is able to pick this young group up that will be important. I personally hope he succeeds.This game will be one of those challenges to not let his players get ahead of themselves.His player positional changes have been important and underly his understanding of the group but to keep them so motivated each week will be interesting being relatively young.
If the Swans win this week it will be there best start to a season since 98 I think I read. Sad for them it won't be the case though-lol!Good luck for the weekend.
