Topwon .. the fist 15 day public comment period was for the completed Environmental Assessment (That's what you have in your post).
The Decision was made on 13 April 2011 by the BLM after the comment period closed. 2 public comments were received. Now there is the appeal period. I would say it is 30 days from reading the EA document and looking at Sevier Lake EA Appeal Period.

There are far too many short term traders on this stock but it still needs a higher pre drill re-rating. Good on the traders for making a quick profit. 100% profit is great in such a short time and don't forget the 10 trades to $1million strategy. Start with $1500 and double your money each trade. You can see how quick you can double your money on the ASX. The key requirements include: you must not be greedy, you must not be emotional pre/post trade and stick to your plan.
I fail the requirements (Greed) and that is why I am not on some tropical island. Maybe it would be a good strategy to have two streams going with $1500 outlay to increase the chances of being successful. It would be beneficial to keep a spreadsheet of each trade as 1-10 are completed.
