This is very annoying! Legitimate companies telegraph potential problems upfront rather than hide them while insiders sell ahead of the news. Why was the president buying 10,000 shares ahead of the news if not to send a message that there were no problems when there were? Strikes me as a bunch of crooks running things. I certainly was conned too. Am deciding wether to sell or wait it out. Hard to trust the company will give honest updates in the future.
