Kemj, I see you've experienced the quality management in the mining industry, I have a theory about mining company profitability, to be sucessful you need to have such a good ore body that no matter how badly its mined you still make money, aka rio/bhp/xstrata/kcgm, I was going to add citic pacific to that list but they have taken it to an all new level, although from my time at cape preston the first four are more likely to kill you, the later send you broke.
