As expected, Virgin Group is buying the falling VBA shares behind scene.
$10m for 5m VBA shares - about 0.5% of the total issued shares.
My question is: why there is no formal ASX announcement for this purchasing?

British-based Virgin Group has bought almost $A10 million worth of shares inVirgin Blue. The purchase of a further five million shares at $A1.95 each comesas market watchers expect the Australian budget airline's majorshareholder, Patrick Corporation, to raise its offer of $A1.90 a share for the45.4% of Virgin Blue stock it does not already own.
