    Metho: The big holders, Biotech Capital and Telethon Institute, haven't participated in a cr since PYCs listing (apart from Bio's note). I didn't notice Barton's % go up following the aug2010 cr either.

    If PYC offered to holders as they did in aug2010 they again risk having the underwriter left holding the bag, and that bag then being sold on the market, stifling the sp.

    There are hidden +ves in this cr for holders.
