Lets take a stab and say there might be 150 substantial global nations. Lets consider the past 50 yrs. Thats 7500 nation years.
You name four well known female global leaders. Lets take another stab and assume they led for 7 years each. Thats 28 nation years.
Your 28 out of a possible 7500 nation years may not be statistically signiicant.
