Can you just explain the Kos and Kos senior link too please?
I get the the board are independent but I didn't know there was some previous link etc and am little concerned about the interconnections.
So I gather Larry was voted down by the larger shareholders and their connections or by the little folk? To get a vote like that against an incumbent director means you upset someone.
Larry didn't seem to own that many shares to demand a spot on the board so I am surprised 1. that he got on and 2. Once he was on that he was suddenly voted off!
