    Kos was employed by ECT as a sales manager when his dad was the MD.

    When his dad retired Kos applied and was appointed as the CEO. the Board appointed Kos - not his dad.

    At the time ECT had less than $50K in the bank so they couldnt exactly headhunt a Ziggy.

    In the past 2 years Kos has turned the company around in a major way.
