Can I suggest that maybe there is a third option.Foulthrow did call the company (which I know he does do occasionally) and they were pretty sure that an announcement would be out by the end of the week.This is a deal involving many participants (lawyers,BHP,Kronos,APG board,time zones etc) so sometimes thing pop up at the last minute.

I also spoke to the company during the week and can reiterate everything Foulthrow and ROO said.This deal is imminent so hang in there, things sometimes get delayed for whatever reason, even from Feb till Mar and then April.I
still know that this will fly,I wont insult everyone's intelligence anymore and narrow it down to a day, but my money was on last week, so something small must of delayed it, but if Foulthrow said that they said "it's all done", I can assure you, they are not about to lie about this.

It's probably 99.9% done and we (hopefully) put this to bed very shortly.
