You are the ones putting the pressure on yourselves.
The company made an announcement that terms were agreed and HOPEFULLY news will be out in March.
OK...their late...is it their fault! Of course not!
Major companies, multiple documents, international travelling re signatures and meetings, wanky lawyers and so it goes on.
And what makes their job easier?
Certainly not guys moaning and groaning and ringing the company every 10 miutes.!
Think about this....you guys are all moaning and groaning because you want the announcement out so you can sell your shares. Thats fine, but what about the Directors?
They havnt sold a share in years and are not about too, so they are busting a gut to get this deal done asap so you can whinge about how long it is taking then when it does come out sell. Who wants to be a Director!....yeah yeah...they get paid....yeah yeah...they get shares....yeah yeah...its their choice....yeah yeah ...we have heard it all.
Ahhhh geee.... well..... what about a shareholders update!

APG is please to announce that the Kronos transaction is almost complete! It will be released ASAP

Notice the word almost!
They cant say is complete otherwise they will be required to announce or suspend awaiting announcement.
This forum certainly highlights professional investors from mad moaning punters.
Well, just maybe the company should have said nothing then wham out of the blue the announcement comes out. Of course the sp would be around 2c and will run up nicely to 6c. Is that what you would prefer!
Get a grip on the real word!
Beleive me, the Directors are doing their best and are being held accountable...
And for the call of and EGM if....
absolutely crazy...
Know the law, know your position, know your influence then make a well thought out logical and rational call for action you deem necessary.
Other than Directors, there is maybe one or two shareholders that are in a position to do that and I am sure they dont feel the need.
If you dont like the management get out, if you dont like the commentry on HC re APG stay off and if you dont like a particular poster on HC put me on ignore.
Any one of those remedies above will releive the self inflicted pressure you are enduring.
