POH will have a deal by this time next year, I have NO doubt about it. I commend Esra for being conservative in her comments on POHs ability to become cash flow positive by 2014 as I like conservative companies. This of course would only be the case in the absence of any deals in the next 3 years. The only way a deal would not have been struck by then is if TPM does not work OR some other company develops a superior solution that makes TPM defunct. Simply won't happen.
