If you think this build is going to happen, your comments about irrational exuberance are a bit hard to explain, since you know why the SP is going up.
What about NMP, do you allow any possibility of that being included at Moolap and Tennesee?
Incidentally, the rise today is not that great and talking about irrational exuberance while also saying that the rise is disappointing, is extremely contradictory.
