Incredibly dangerous advice Oze_Wolverine.
If the buyback is approved then to the extent anyone participates in it the Kinghorn shareholding will increase substantially - possibly to a control position.
The buyback has to get voted down - get some genuinely independent directors in (McGuigan is Kinghorn's business partner for heavens sake!)so we can actually discover what the real situation is - not what Kinghorn is telling us!
I would never take the word of RHG Management for anything.
