shareholder ,that is one interpretation, but sorry, it sounds as if you have just got off the phone from the ccc pr department, i can tell you that some of what you say just makes no sense from a dev point, but i am no expert so will pass it by someone who is, but also,1 - 2 months delay your kidding surely, more landholder negotiations, additional surface rights acquisitions to complete before they even get started, no sorry these are changes that have very much been forced upon them from somewhere and sure Penumbra will get up but on a timetable that they have got terribly wrong again
