Not sure what that has to do with the SP of SDL? Or maybe I am missing something....

100 percent the SP is being held / manipulated. Has been for weeks and weeks now. I also note that it is very, very slowly being manipulated down. Was looking at the chart today. Why is anybody's guess. I still think a takeover is looming, plenty of discussion elsewhere about that. I have reached the point where I no longer care if SDL is taken over - as long as the offer is better than my buy in price.

I got fed up with waiting for the manipulation to end and sold 25% of my holding today - and by doing so I reckon I have played right into the hands of those who are manipulating the SP - they are trying to create frustration and impatience and shake people out and make them sell down. I just figure I can put that money into something else has way less question marks (at this time) and has a SP that is moving in the right direction.

We shall see if my 'strategy' works or not over time.
