as a mining engineer and mine manager its not uncommon for infrastructure to be moved between the feasibility study and construction after all a feasibility is just that is it feasible. If in the meantime you come across further information that would lead to a better location, cost reduction or geologic structures that are more amenable then you would take it.

I bought shares a bit higher than they are today so I am happy that the announcement was positive and I hope that the botswana basin turns out to be similar to the galilee basin in some respects.
