If CrownGate was not intended to meet NC?s bonus share requirements and feather the nests of associate?s then all potential beneficiaries will have to prove this to the authorities at the end of the day. Everyone should be aware (detractors and supporters) that an audit trail will exist to prove or disprove premeditation and nothing can mask data from the legal forensics boys. Still many long days to the vote, if indeed any vote is taken in May, more than enough time for more info to come to light and it always does, perhaps a change of heart from Lynas would be better for all concerned.
Much face could be saved by just calling this whole deal off and accepting it was a very bad PR outcome, apologise to the owners of Lynas and then move on to some sensible arrangement whereby Lynas is not faced with buying the same thing twice.
