If these guys are going to announce today that they have done this raising, I think RBS and Stateone would have been in contact with their clients over the last couple of days looking for subscribers. That is why it would have gone into halt friday because some people were going to know about the raising.

These guys arent in urgent need of cash, so at the very least lets hope the spp (if there is one) has a very long lead time. Say, mid june. That might offer existing holders a chance to see some further developments before they have to put more cash in. I for one are not willing to put 15K into this on the back of previous spp performance. History shows that you will be able to get it cheaper after the raising.

I cant see the sp rising on the back of this raising unless they announce something new at the same time. For example, the money is needed to build machines to fill an order from an industrial customer. But in Castlease, tell me I am dreamin!
