    The good news just keeps coming. Another $7.5M loss on this sale. The Net Asset Backing takes another hammering. How could they keep this thing on the books at $21M value when they say sale price was in "valuation range of $12 to $15M"?? I just can't wait to see next set of writedowns!!!
