I doubt the DTR results or even a scoping study will push the sp much. A binding MOU with a reputable company should be seen as the next major milestone for PDY/AGU. Without this nothing substantial will be acheivable. It is when we get such an announcement that the company will be re-rated and until then the sp will keep fluctuating as people get excited then disappointed, depending on their short term expectations. Time has a way of quietly slipping by very quickly.
