Bacci, electricity can be easily generated from non-carbon, renewable sources. I said "emissions intensive" not energy intensive. They are not necessarily the same thing, despite what people with blinkers think. These industries can retain a bright future. We still need manufacturing. As I said above, in an ideal world there would be a global carbon price. Also, we are not the first movers, we are behind the pack.
