What percentage does someone/compnay have to accumulate before issuing a substantial holders notice? 3 or 5%??? IMO only , I think someones been gathering these up since the release of the DFS/. Would not surprise me in the slightest to see a notice of substantial holder or someone adding to holding soon. Now wouldn't that heta things up if someone else turned up on the register now. Nice dream anyhow.
