What I find interesting is the fact that the Hartleys report is dated yesterday, and mentions "today's results". I am guessing this is either a typo or a bad slip up highlighting they wrote the report yesterday based on information that wasn't released until today.
Is this normal practice or am I getting a little too conspiracy theory here?
