    So do you think Congo is as stable as people make out?

    I wouldn't call a country with a history like this, that is only eight years out of civil war, with the war next door in Democratic Republic of Congo (which is predominantly over gold mining) super low risk.

    Am I overstating it and misunderstanding something?
