Just a stab in the dark hitnmiss43 but, I would have thought the way TB is growing this little company it would be an outright purchase.

With the amount of $$ in the bank,no debt,and the income coming in from various holdings,why not be in control of your own destiny ? With drilling and fracking crews / rigs being very tight and in demand in the N American oil and gas fields I hope our relationship with Zavanna will continue once the Everett #1-15H has been drilled.
