Gee I hope you're right. I have had a gutful of dodgy bros management and broken promises.......
Stock is fundamentally cheap, but management is fundamentally unconvincing.
Mr M is also chair of Leighton - and look at the billion dollar write down and low priced dilutionary new issue.
The board of PSA is fundamentally weak and a share price re-rating will take longer than it should because of teh weak board.
They would do well to beef up the Board and get serious about governance IMHO.
While we can't remove Terry, the others should be on the chopping block.
PP is a little long in the tooth despite his now dated history as CEO of Ampolex - that was back at the turn of the century!!!!!! So I would question his "currency".....
Stock is cheap, but........
