The thing thats get me is I thought the cap raising was to pay out all debt. Now they are saying this 14 Million will be paid off Term Debt so after all this cap raising they still had debt.
I agree that the business still needs to sell more and you never know it might be a good little business - notice "Little" and yes Christian Lange should have known better that to risk everything like he did.
