I see your point ecsc but they are not in a position to pay dividends. They need a large cash reserve because of the irregular nature of their income. I don't need the dividends but I would like a bit more promotion of the business to potential investors (Oz & Nasdaq). I don't think management see promotion as their core job but I do. I think they have done well to get the latest funding but I'd like to see some bragging.
